Cinemagraph

1) Our overall concept was to make the other guy and me jump up and down. I think we did succeed in that as the guy and I are jumping up and down. 2)  I like the overall concept of our project. 3) Maybe we could have thought of something cooler to do but overall I like our cinemagraph. 4) I guess more examples but we had more than enough resources provided to get this right.

Cinemagraph Definition

Cinemagraphs are photos that are still that have minor movements and are repeated that form a video. They are posted as a GIF to make it seem like they are animated. Ex. https://www.pexels.com/video/a-lake-by-the-mountains-2344549/

  1) I thought the purple was a cool color to add to the fish and the Superman flying I thought would be fun to add and the purple looked good with it like the fish.

  1) Our best image was the second or first one, it caught that frozen in motion action motion we wanted. 2) The third was our least successful, it was a bit of the same of the first two, we could have done something more creative. 3) Getting different types of shot and not just jumping ones is what we could have done better. 4) A person in action because I feel like those sports action shots you see are just the coolest compared to like waves or nature.

Group: Paul and I Station 1) Fstop: 8 Shutter Speed:125 1) It was easy to get a good shot because everything was still and the camera was basically all setup. 2) I like the water shot but I did not like how bright it was. Station 2)  Fstop: 5.6 Shutter Speed: 125 1) Same as the other the camera was all set up already so getting the shot was easy. 2) I liked how clean it looks with no flash, it looks classier and cleaner. Station 3) Fstop: 10 Shutter Speed:100 1) It was also easy, the only hard part was putting the camera on the stand. 2) I like the ripples and the blue water, but it does look a little dark. Station 4) Fstop: 4 Shutter Speed:100 1) It wasn't that easy to setup, we had to get the water in the right spot and time it. 2) Creative adjustments were timing on the color and different color. 3) I liked the pictures and I think they turned out cool, but it could have been a bit more centered.
